48 hours before, since the room reservation needs to be cancelled as well. In case I have to call off an appointment, I will inform you also 48 hours before, to respect your time.
When you have not the possibility to cancel on time, please take note that the rental fee ($30) plus half of the treatment costs ($60) need to be paid by you. In turn, should I not inform you punctually when being unable to keep the appointment the costs of your next treatment will be reduced by $60.
